
Courtleigh is a landmark building within Westbury. Built in 1891, this former residential property has been used as an office base by the IED since the 1970s.
Recently refurbished, some rooms are now available for hire for meetings of 2 to 30 – providing brightly lit rooms with modern décor and up to date technological equipment, easily accessible with onsite parking.
All room hire includes water, stationery and access to a variety of equipment including flip charts, white boards, data projector, overhead projector, conference telephone (at extra charge) and television and video/DVD player. Lunches can be arranged if required.

Cancellation Conditions
- More than one month notice a full refund will be given.
- 4 – 2 weeks prior to the event half refund.
- Less than 2 weeks notice no refund.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash or cheque on the day of the room hire (cheques to be made payable to Institution of Engineering Designers), or we will be pleased to invoice you.
Refreshments
Lunches can be arranged, consisting of meat, fish and vegetarian sandwiches, plus juices, cake, crisps and fruit for £7.00 per person.
Tea/Coffee and Biscuits can be provided for £2.00 per serving.
