DATA/IED Award
Launched in 2006, the DATA/IED Award is presented for outstanding contribution to Design and Technology education in the post-16 sector. The award is given for consistently outstanding capability over a period of time, which may include extra-curricula activities as well as timetabled lessons.
The first recipients of the award were:
Tim Weston from the Richard Bull Centre
Stuart Douglas from Ripley St Thomas CE High School
Steve Rose from the Ralph Allen School
