The Engineering Council, the EPC and the Engineering Subject Centre are some of the organisations involved in a project led by Engineers Against Poverty to assist UK engineering faculties in embedding global issues into their HE programmes. A programme seven of 1-day workshops has been developed, scheduled to take place from September 2010 to February 2011 at various venues around the UK.

Through a series of lectures you will learn about engineering contracts, issues of design, time constraints, provisions for liquidated and ascertained damages (LADs) and stringent performance criteria.
