Finance for Engineering Managers
Wednesday, 28 April, 2010
One Birdcage Walk, Westminster, London
1 day seminar
This is a one day intensive course for ambitious engineers making the transition from a specifically technical role into a more general management position. Often young engineers have had no formal training in financial management; and many of those that have, find it was not up to the standard that modern employers need.
The course is run by recognised financial experts from academia and industry and is part of a well established series of seminars covering this area of interest. The content is designed to meet the requirements of engineering industries and is not readily available elsewhere. It provides a work-shop environment in which a framework of skills and knowledge is developed.
In the current economic climate, effective financial control is vital. If your area is small-to-medium enterprise, this course could be the best chance you have to train your engineers in effective financial management. It is also suitable for engineers from larger companies where in house training is not available.
