Design Ambassador
Blair Hutton MEng CEng MIED
Blair MEng CEng MIED has joined the IED staff in the role of Design Ambassador to promote membership of the Institution and registration with the Engineering Council.
Blair will spend the next few months visiting universities and companies and attending exhibitions to spread the word about IED membership and professional recognition for engineering designers.
Blair has a degree in Product Design Engineering from University of Strathclyde and has extensive experience of working in design engineering for Ford, Jaguar and Dyson.
